Another travel day today, but at least we were able to get a few extra hours of sleep on the bus to make up for all the hours that seemed to drag.
Bevan and I were going to wake up early this morning to catch the sunrise on the boat but due to the weather and it still being so cloudy we decided to just get an extra few hours sleep.
Breakfast this morning was by far the best buffet we have seen on this trip. They cooked eggs to order had sausages, salads, fruit, bread and even veggies. I loaded up my plate with a crossent, some watermelon and an omelet and I swear I was set for the rest of the day but we also got given brunch on the boat. That was amazing as well, there was dumplings and more veggies and fruit, salads, pasta and BBQ ribs. The crew on the boat really spoiled all of us really.
While we waited to get brunch the head chef came out and showed us how he makes the stunning carrot animals that have been on our food the last day and its safe it say that it's all pure talent.
With our belly's settled we began making our journey back to the island to start our long bus over to our home stay in Ninh Bingh.
Arriving at the homestay we had dinner and got settled in our rooms and holy crap was the view from our room stunning, we had an open bathroom and huge beds plus a very instagramable window.
Once we got settled and finished being awe of the room our crazy asses decided to get into the pool. It was freezing! But when you have been in a while it got tolerable which is nice. But that's honestly where our day ended which was nice. It was a great day, I love our homestay!
