My travel tips
Since I started travelling I have been trying to travel as much as possible on as little as possible. In order to do that I did a lot of research for reliable companies to help me achieve my goal. Below I have put together a bunch of my most favourite links that have helped me travel to save you the hassle.
Accommodation
As a budget traveler I have a tight budget for the places I stay at. I don't like spending a lot of my money on a space mainly for sleeping and eating at considering I also have rent to pay at home. I spent hours into researching the best websites for cheap and affordable accommodation for all different.
If you are looking for accommodation across the globe, whether it be full houses or just rooms below are some fantastic websites that will be able to help you travel overnight while staying on a budget.
booking.com
Trustedhousesitter.com
Hostelworld.com
Agoda.com
Trivago.com

- Whenever you book through my Expedia link I earn a small commission that helps me fund my travels.

Transportation
In my travels I have travelled via a range of different types of transport depending on the type of trip. From things like my own personal car to overnight trains in Thailand and I made this list of my preferred methods of travel that can help you keep to a budget.
On road trips there is only 1 option and that is to drive your own car, van or any sort of vehicle really. But to keep costs of fuel down I find it best to download an app that will help you find the cheapest fuel stations in the area that you are travelling. The app I find best is My 7eleven.
Flying is always expensive but for some trips it can be the only way to get places or sometimes it is the preferred travel, and I love to fly so I would never argue about getting on a plane. Some sites I use to find the cheapest deals on flights are the following.
Skyscanner.com
Kayak.com
Hopper.com
