Today was technically our last day with these amazing people. Today was also another snorkeling day which I honestly don't know what emotions to feel. Leaving means we got back to University and work, but snorkelling is also one of the funniest things to do now that I actually can beat my fear of the deep depths of the oceans.

Today was slightly different, kind of quiet but kind of busy at the same time. Josh and I went out for breakfast just the 2 of us and we spoke mainly about how badly we are going to miss everybody and the inevitable return to our home and all those adult things we forget about while on holidays. But breakfast as always was fantastic and we kind of sat in peace while filling our mouths with food.

After we ate we went back to the hotel where a cat followed us up the stairs and if it wasn't for the fact I didn't have space in the bag, I would have absolutely stolen this cat, he was so friendly and loving I really wanted to bring all these cats home. But after packing our bags before our long commute back to Australia we went out again for another good day of snorkeling.

I was followed by so many fish today, it was very strange being almost attacked by this many fish but it was funny nonetheless. After 2 snorkelling locations our boat guides surprised us with a short trip over to Monkey Beach, there were so many baby monkeys!

This place is so nice, some of the people there did ruin it by trying to touch the monkey's which you definitely can not do due to the risk of rabies. But for us that stayed clear of the monkeys it was a very nice moment on the beach.

And onto the final (technical) night for us in this amazing country of Thailand. The group went out for probably one to many drinks and it was just a nice night to soak up all the last minute memories and moments with these fantastic people that are basically family now. Goodbyes are always hard but with these guys it was probably one of the hardest I had to do, I have never found such an amazing group of people and now that this part of the journey is over it was really emotional for all of us throughout the night.
