"There is way to many options at this café!"

Those are the first words I had basically said with the group when we went out for breakfast together. Our group leader Sarah suggested this café down the road for breakfast so as a group all of us went down there thinking it was just some regular café but no. This place was awesome, the menu was so big I honestly think I spent 15 minutes looking through all the options of what to have.
I ended up settling for an Aussie coffee which is just an iced coffee spider (coffee with ice-cream on top, best invention ever) and I got this huge plate of chocolate pancakes with strawberries. These strawberries were the best berries omg so much better then the ones we get back in Aus. Josh really wanted waffles so he ended up getting an American styled breakfast as it was one of the only waffle options he liked the look of so it was safe we say we walked out very full after breakfast.

After breakfast, a few members of the group went back to the hotel to have a swim in the pool while the rest of us went souvenir shopping. As we went around shopping Josh, Mark and myself ended up on the most gorgeous beach. We stopped and took so many photos it was stunning. It was a view ripped straight from a movie, I really didn't think I would ever be in a place in life to experience such amazing views.
After catching our breath after the short beach walk we headed back up to the hotel so we could get ready for a day on the water. Today is snorkelling day! It is my first time snorkelling because I hate the ocean, not because of the animals or anything, I hate not being able to touch the ground or the bottom of stuff. So I was very paranoid, to say the least. But we made it, we got to the first snorkelling location where almost everybody jumped off the boat, eventually, Josh convinced me into the water and I went in without a life jacket and because of my hand I wasn't able to swim right and I freaked out and swallowed a lot of water :) I was very intelligent.
After the snorkeling off we went to the one and only drum roll! Maya Bay! Like the place you see all the photos of, the beach hidden away. Yeah we went there and it was even better in person. The bay was stunning, there was so many people but it didn't even bother me since I got such amazing photos even with all the people around. This beach was so nice, very quiet which I was really not expecting since there was way to many people there but what surprised me even more though that is was clean. No rubbish at all when we were there, I have heard people say that it was dirty when they went so we must of been lucky but for us there was no rubbish in sight which considering the amount of tourists I was expecting more.

At this point in the day we were all so screwed. Half of us ended up sleeping on the boat as we waited for the sun to set in the distance because tonight we are swimming with glow in the dark plankton! But since it was just not our night we only saw a few of them when we were in the water. It was still an amazing experience I want to be apart of again but sadly I have no photos or videos of the moment but just imagine there is photos of the experience.
