Sawadeka! Hello and welcome to Bangkok Thailand. Josh and myself arrived late in the night, our flight landed at roughly 8pm on the 15th of July. Once we got through customs and got our checked bag we made our first steps into the crazy and hectic Bangkok.
When leaving the airport Josh ordered a grab (which is just an uber) and we headed straight to our hotel. We stayed the night at the "hotel name here" and honestly it was fantastic for the night. The room was pretty spacious and incredibly clean, only down side honestly was the location around it makes you have to think twice, the outside of the building looks nothing like a hotel.
Overall the travel day was very good, the sky bus to the airport took a little longer then expected but the rest of day 1 was short and sweet so we settled in and ordered in some take away before heading to bed ready for a huge day in the morning.Â
