Intro Travel is a group travel company based in Australia but it is strongly aimed at individuals in Europe. This is the company that we went through for our 13 day trip to Thailand and honestly I don't regret this company at all.
Cost of the Travel Agents
The cost for this trip was very easy to find and for the duration, location and the planned activities it was the best price I found our of the travel companies out there. The prices were all on their website with great detail making it really easy for us to decide to go through them for my trip.
When I went to pay for this Thailand trip through Intro you got given two options for payment, you could either pay in full or you could even do small payments and this was a lifesaver for me since I needed to pay it off over a few weeks.
Communication with Travel Agents before departure
Before departing on my trip the communication with the team from Intro Travel was honestly fantastic, the employees always answered emails within a day or 2 of me sending in questions and they were always more then happy to help no matter what the issue was. Since Josh and myself were travelling together we did want to spend a few nights of the trip together in our own rooms so being able to email Intro and for them being so kind to accommodate that for us was just so good of them.
When it got closer to departure they would send our emails and reminders for the trip so we were well aware of the dates getting closer and on top of that they even sent us information about our group leader so we knew who would be meeting us in Thailand. Having the information about our leader settled my mind a little just knowing that we could talk to our leader before we land keeping everybody on the same page.
My on hands experience
My hands on experience with Intro Travel was just amazing, while in country our group leader Sarah was absolutely unreal. Sarah was very upbeat and always had a smile on her face. There were some people on our tour that hadn't been overseas before and Sarah did an amazing job keeping them calm and feeling safe.
As we travelled from place to place, Sarah and the employers that work along side Intro Travel were incredibly organized and on time and if there was even a slight delay or last minute issue we were always told about it and we still got to where we needed to go with minimal issues if at all.
There was a downside to Intro Travel, I loved my group and the size of it. Sarah had told us that most groups are larger then the one she had with us but honestly this group was perfect. I really made some lifelong friends out out of our group and I'm so glad to have them be my friends.
But as I said, I wouldn't have changed anything about the trip, saying it was amazing or fantastic are both such understatements. Everything about my experience was perfect and I can't wait to go on another one of their trips.
Overall review
Would I book through them again? Absolutely! I can not recommended this company enough to my friends and family. They have group tours through countries like Thailand, Japan, Mexico and even Vietnam. Please jump onto their website and have a look at their trips, trust me you wont regret it.
