It t'was day 3 of the Disney Schoolies trip and today we went across into California Adventure Park. I just couldn't stop smiling all day, it was just so amazing to be there, I had an absolute ball here.
Rides inside California Adventure Park
Now I'm not really a big ride person but today I made sure to get on as many rides as humanly possible. We made a few friends with the girls in the other tour groups and between everybody we went around and got on so many rides like the Web Shooters which is the Marvel ride for Spiderman and honestly that was the best way to start my day. Going on that ride with Tanya and Natalie who was one of the leaders was great, we ended up with some really good scores which I was super surprised about.

After the spiderman ride we went on the Maters Junkyard Jamboree with one of the other ladies since Natalie was off busy doing stuff. The line was much longer for this ride but we did get there later in the morning as well, but even though the line was much longer it still went really quickly and we were on the ride within 30 minutes. Once we were on the ride and the music started to play our tractor swung so fast due to the weight of the 3 of us and that made all of us enjoy it that much more. For one my favourite ride of the day if I'm being honest, it is just such a silly short ride and yet spinning and getting thrown around in circles is just so much fun.

After Mater's Junkyard Jamboree we met up with Sophia again and we all headed over to ride the Under the Sea ride, that ride stopped and started so many times while we were on it but it gave me time to just admire the ride and all the small little details they have. It is definitely one of the older rides at the park but it is still a good ride. Once that ride was over Tanya left to go find her sister Rachel while Sophia, Kathryn and myself headed over to the Ferris wheel to have a go on the swinging cages on the wheel.

This is the day I realized my fear of heights has in fact not gotten better over the last few years. Getting on that wheel was fine but as soon as we began to swing and sway I got really stressed and by the end of it I had started to cry in an awful panic. I enjoyed the view but the swinging was not the best for me so I learnt my lesson and I decided that I will remain close to the ground for the rest of the trip.Â

I left the park early today with Kathryn as we had the ice hockey that night, we were seeing the Anaheim Ducks play. This was my first big ice hockey game that I have seen live and the entire night was fantastic, we got home late ish but the Anaheim Ducks won so seeing my team win for the first time in person at my first big ice hockey game was the best way to end the day. After the day it was back to the hotel and straight to bed to get ready for the next big day.Â
